Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 1 c blended fruit
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Process
- Heat water and sugar until sugar is conpletely dissolved (this mixture is called simple syrup)
- Let the syrup cool, then add your fruit of choice. Fruit should be blended smooth with no large chunks. Fruit can be mixed or a single type, depends on your taste
- Add the lemon/lime juice and any additional spices to taste
- Place mixture into an ice cream maker and let it run until frozen (about 3 hours)
Notes
- For different consistancies, adjust sugar to water ratio (more sugar=softer), freezing time in ice cream maker, and resting time before freezing
