Practice

Build a path to help with mental illness. Select the activities you like the best and create a path to success. Note: We know that talking to a professional can be hard so we tried to supply ‘steps’ that someone can do by themselves. It is not the best option but is a great first step someone can take. These steps are meant to manage, not ‘cure’, someone’s illness.
